Freight trucking for factories and industrial zones

Minh Anh Transport provides freight trucking for industrial zones in northern Vietnam, with trucks from 1.4 to 15 tons, for factories, suppliers and warehouses. Our strength is industrial supply chains in the north: repeat routes where goods have to arrive on schedule so that your customer’s line keeps running.

The service suits:

  • Factories moving raw materials, components and semi-finished goods between plants.
  • Suppliers making regular deliveries to customers inside industrial zones.
  • Manufacturers sending finished goods from the factory to a warehouse or consolidation point.
  • Purchasing and logistics teams who need an additional carrier for one-off trips or fixed routes.

Choosing a truck by payload: 1.4 to 15 tons

Our trucks range from light 1.4 ton vehicles to heavy trucks carrying up to 15 tons, so we can handle shipments of very different sizes.

Payload class Typically used for
Light trucks, from 1.4 tons Small shipments, urgent deliveries, sites with narrow access roads
Medium trucks Regular runs between factories, moderate quantities of palletised goods
Heavy trucks, up to 15 tons Large shipments, raw materials, finished goods to warehouse

We recommend a truck for each shipment based on weight, volume and the loading conditions on site.

Routes: factory to factory, factory to warehouse

  • Factory to factory: components and materials moved between industrial zones.
  • Factory to warehouse: finished goods delivered to your own warehouse or your customer’s.
  • Fixed routes: run to an agreed daily or weekly schedule.
  • One-off trips: for orders outside the plan.

We serve, on request, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong, Thai Nguyen and Ha Nam, and we take deliveries to other provinces nationwide.

Loading, transport and handover process

  1. Enquiry: type of goods, weight, dimensions, pick-up point, delivery point and timing.
  2. Truck and route proposal suited to the shipment.
  3. Quotation, including who is responsible for loading and unloading at each end.
  4. Contract, per trip or long term.
  5. Loading: the truck arrives at the agreed time, and both sides count the goods and confirm their condition.
  6. Transport and handover: the goods are delivered, checked by the receiver and signed for.

Frequently asked questions

How are freight trucking rates calculated?

Rates depend on the truck payload, the distance, the type and dimensions of the goods, waiting time for loading and unloading, how often the route runs, and whether the truck is loaded one way or both ways. Send us the shipment details and route and we will quote.

What size of truck do we need for our shipment?

The choice depends on weight, volume and package dimensions, and on road access at the loading and delivery points. Light but bulky goods can need a larger truck than their weight suggests. We will recommend a truck once we have the cargo details.

Do you sign long-term contracts and issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Minh Anh Transport is a registered limited company and holds a licence for road transport business by car. We contract per trip or long term and issue VAT invoices as required by Vietnamese regulations. The contract term is agreed between both parties.

Which areas do you cover?

Our strength is industrial supply chains in northern Vietnam. We serve, on request, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong, Thai Nguyen and Ha Nam, and we take deliveries to other provinces nationwide on request.

What information do you need for a quotation?

The type of goods, weight, dimensions and packaging, pick-up and delivery addresses, the required timing, how often the route runs, and any site rules at either end, such as receiving hours or factory gate procedures.
